Photographer
Born and raised in Sheridan Wyoming, Graduated from Sheridan High School prior to enlisting in the USMC where I rose through the ranks retiring with the rank of Major after 22 and a half years.
While in the military I graduated with a BS from Chapman College in California. Returning to Sheridan in 1984 I built a geodesic dome home in Big Horn that my wife Karen I continue to live in.
I worked at Landon's Greenhouse for several summers and drove school bus for both Sheridan County School District 1 & 2 for many years where my enjoyment of photography really took hold. As the bus driver for many out-of-town school trips I started taking photos which I shared with parents and the local media. This grew into a mostly sports and school activity related web site: www.deerrungraphics.com where students, parents, friends and family members could go to see various out-of-town student related activities.
Since retiring from the school district my photography is now more home based and my web site continues to evolve.
